The information collection is used to
record an alien's application for a waiver of the nonimmigrant visa
requirement for entry into Guam and into the into the Commonwealth
of the Northern Mariana Islands.
CBP has revised CBP Form I-736
to be aligned with the other Visa Waiver forms and collections of
information such as ESTA. This revision has added data elements to
the current form and resulted in an increase in estimated time
burden from 5 minutes to 19 minutes.
