This has resulted in an increase in the estimated hour burden to respondents for this collection of information. USCIS has made changes to the form and instructions to comply with Department of Defense policies and guidelines, and to clarify the filing requirements for the requestor. There is no change to the estimated cost to respondents for this collection of information.
