WEB SURVEY ON PATIENT SAFETY COMING SOON!
The Department of Defense (DoD) Tri-Service Survey on Patient Safety is a web survey that staff in all Military Health System (MHS) facilities worldwide will be asked to complete in the Spring of 2018. The survey asks for your opinions about patient safety strengths, areas for improvement, and event reporting in this facility. When you receive the notice for this survey, please click on the survey link and respond. The survey takes only about 10 minutes to complete, and all responses will be anonymous. This is your opportunity to voice your opinions and contribute to patient safety improvements in our facility.
