This revision addresses a modest
reduction in reporting burden for for-profit institutions. The
proposed rule, "Increasing Flexibility for Verification in the
Child and Adult Care Food Program," would reduce the number of
times eligibility must be verified, from monthly to annually, for
for-profit centers serving a high percentage of children or adult
participants from low-income households.

the proposed rule, "Increasing Flexibility for Verification of

for this collection by 43,559 hours and 87,118 responses. Upon
implementation of this rule and approval of this information
collection request, OMB estimates that this collection will have
2,437,577 burden hours and 7,927,411 responses.
