SBA will
continue to use the previously approved collection without any new
revisions. This will allow SBA time to discuss new modifications
with appropriate offices within the agency, including the Privacy
Officer.

Small Business Administration Form 700
provides a record of interviews conducted by SBA personnel with
small business owners, homeowners and renters (disaster survivors)
who seek financial assistance to help in the recovery from physical
or economic disasters. The basic information collected helps the
Agency to make preliminary eligibility assessment.
The annual burden information
reported in number 13 and hours increased due to a change in ODA’s
process. All applicants who apply for assistance through the
Disaster Loan Application Portal now complete the Form 700.
