The Centers for Disease Control and
Prevention (CDC) seeks OMB approval for a Non-Substantive Change
Request to; 1) modify the Burden Hours allotted for this
collection. The National HIV Surveillance System (NHSS) at CDC has
elected to receive reporting information through the 0920-1132 PPMR
mechanism. This will result in the addition of 2,478 Burden Hours
to the approved ICR. OMB has requested that a Non-Substantive
Change be submitted to add these Burden Hours to the 0920-1132
collection.
