This purpose of this program is to
provide specialized services and housing to assist victims of human
trafficking, as defined by the Trafficking Victims Protection Act
(TVPA) of 2000, as amended, to enhance a collaborative and
coordinated community-response to victims of human trafficking.
This NOFA will provide funding to organizations that demonstrate
the ability to provide client-focused services and safe housing
options for human trafficking victims that will result in obtaining
and remaining in permanent housing situations with the necessary
supportive services to ensure client success for the retention of
housing and obtaining the necessary income to promote
self-sufficiency.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
