OMB Burden Statement (will be displays on the online “landing page”)
This collection of information is required by 23 USC 149 and Section 1113 of Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21st Century Act (MAP-21) and will be used to generate the Evaluation and Assessment report mandated by Congress in Section 1113 of MAP-21 and to inform the public on how CMAQ funds are used. Public reporting burden is estimated to average 125 hour per response, including the time for reviewing instructions, searching existing data sources, gathering and maintaining the data needed, and completing and reviewing the collection of information. The data are not considered confidential and will be made public. Please note that an agency may not conduct or sponsor, and a person is not required to respond to, a collection of information unless it displays a currently valid OMB control number. The OMB control number for this collection is 2125-0614.
