Purpose of this Submission: This submission is being made to OMB as a non-substantive change request to an existing information collection pursuant to 44 U.S.C. § 3507. This submission seeks to change the commercial overnight mailing address from 9300 East Hampton Drive, Capitol Heights, MD 20743 to 9050 Junction Drive, Annapolis Junction, MD, 20701 on the accompanying instructions to FCC Form 5625 for OMB Control Number 3060-1241.
