Under U.S.C. 7103(b) Trafficking
Victims Protection Act of 2000 authority, Office of Victims of
Crime, Office of Justice Programs, would request their grantees to
submit performance measurements in the trafficking Information
Management System (TIMS) online. This system is designed to collect
the performance measurements required of OVC services to Victims of
Human Tafficking Grantees. OVC provides this electronic tool to
grantees as a way to support them with their grant management and
reportins needs. An additional benefit of TIMS is that it
standardizes the information being provided to OVC.
