JUSTIFICATION FOR CHANGE
TO PAPERWORK REDUCTION ACT SUBMISSION
3090-0316, PERMITTING NOTICE OF INITIATION
A non-substantive change is requested for the currently approved information collection clearance 3090-0316, Permitting Notice of Initiation. The Supporting Statement for OMB Control No. 3090-0316 does not mention the electronic form that is visible in the Information Collection List, so the electronic form was not contemplated to be approved. Based on the revised Supporting Statement, the electronic form was deleted from the ‘Supplementary Documents’ section, but was inadvertently kept in the ‘Information Collection Instruments’ section. Therefore, GSA requests the removal of the electronic form from the Information Collection.
