Survey Overdue Notification:
The U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) is conducting its quarterly uranium survey, Form EIA-851Q Domestic Uranium Production Report (Quarterly). The data collected through Form EIA-851Q are used to update the Domestic Uranium Production Report - Quarterly at http://www.eia.gov/uranium/production/quarterly/. The form collects data on monthly uranium production and sources. The users of these data include Congress, Executive Branch agencies, the nuclear and uranium industry, and the public in general.
Our records indicate that you have not yet submitted your Form EIA-851Q (2Q2017) data, and it is overdue. The due date was July 15, 2017. Response to this survey is mandatory pursuant to 15 U.S.C. §772(b). Your company's mandatory participation will continue into the future unless your company ceases to be involved in the (domestic) U.S. uranium industry. EIA estimates the average reporting burden for this survey is 0.75 hours.
All information EIA collects for this survey about your company is confidential and will be used for statistical purposes only, in accordance with the Confidential Information Protection and Statistical Efficiency Act of 2002.
