The Federal Communications Commission
(Commission) requests an extension from the Office of Management
and Budget (OMB) approval for a currently approved information
collection under OMB Control Number 3060-1242. Under this one-time

process through which interested parties may challenge the
eligibility status of an area.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
