In accordance with the Cranberry Marketing Order (§929.57 Outlets for withheld cranberries), withheld cranberries may be disposed of in non-commercial outlets that the Cranberry Marketing Committee (CMC) finds, with the approval of the Secretary, meet requirements.


An application must provide sufficient information for with the CMC to make its determination regarding this request. As a general rule, the more specific and detailed the information provided, the better and more promptly the committee will be able to act. If you do not provide adequate information, the application will be returned for additional information.

The valid OMB control number for this information collection is 0581-0304. The time required to complete this information collection is estimated to average 5 minutes per response, including the time for reviewing instructions, searching existing data sources, gathering and maintaining the data needed, and completing and reviewing the collection of information.
