When must information be submitted to the Coast Guard? |
Applicants for acceptance to the AIM Program must submit a complete package (online application and supplemental e-forms) no later than April 1st of their desired program year. Applicants may only apply for acceptance to the AIM Program once per calendar year. |

Applicants complete an online application and recommenders must submit supplemental e-forms which are available at www.uscga.edu/AIM. |
What happens when complete information is received? |
The U.S. Coast Guard Academy Admissions Office reviews the information to determine eligibility for acceptance to the AIM Program. |

The Coast Guard estimates that the average burden per response for this report varies per applicant - about three hours for completion of the online application, including personal statements, and up to two hours to complete all supplemental forms.
