To carry out the mission of
safeguarding the U.S. animal population, USDA requests information
from various labs so that they obtain supplies, reagents, and
training from USDA.
Overall there is a decrease of
983 responses and a decrease of 250 total burden hours due to
Agency adjustments. The initial approval of this ICR included
APHIS’ best estimates of the expected number of responses and
burden hours, while the current ICR request includes burden figures
based on the experience from the information collection activities
during the past 3 years.
