We recently sent you a letter and email containing a link to the HUD Rent Reform Demonstration’s long-term follow-up survey. As a reminder, at the time of your Housing Choice Voucher recertification in [DATE], you were told that you might be contacted by researchers to complete surveys or interviews about your experiences since enrollment.
Our records indicate that you have not yet completed the survey. We are currently offering an early bird incentive for your participation, but it is expiring soon! If you complete the survey by [DATE], you will receive an additional $10 incentive, for a total of $60.
