This information collection is
necessary for the Attorney General and grantees from the Safe
Havens: Supervised Visitation and Safe Exchange Grant Program to
comply with federal statutory and regulatory reporting
requirements. The information will be used for a report to Congress
on the use of appropriated funds in support of the grant program
and to report pursuant to the Government Performance and Results
Act (GPRA). The respondents are units of local government, state
governments and tribal government.

Although Congress did not
reauthorize this grant program in 2013, there are still some
grantees who have active awards and will still need to use this
semi-annual progress reporting form.
