I hope you’re doing well. I’m working with CDC’s Immigrant, Refugee, and Migrant Health Branch (IRMHB) to learn from its partners about their experience with the IRMHB website. We would like your valuable input regarding the website as we work to improve it to serve your needs. Our group has identified you as a _______ (Civil Surgeon, Panel Physician, partner) who would be good to talk with about your use of the website and ways we can improve your experience with it.

The interview is completely voluntary and private. We will not identify you personally in any reports. Your responses will be aggregated with those from other participants.
