We recently contacted you to complete an assessment about barriers and facilitators to evidence-based practice (EBP) in public health emergency preparedness and response (PHPR). As a reminder, NORC at the University of Chicago is conducting this assessment on behalf of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to identify the key organizational and contextual factors affecting EBP implementation and dissemination by the PHPR practice community
