TITLE: Mandatory Status of Dependents (VA Form 21-0538)
AGENCY: Veterans Benefits Administration, Department of Veterans Affairs.
ACTION: Notice; correction.
SUMMARY: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) published a collection of information notice in the Federal Register on Monday, January 23, 2017 that contained an error. The 60-day Public Comment notice identified the wrong title for the Agency Information Collection Activity. This document corrects the notice by replacing the title in error: “Status of Dependents Questionnaire” with the correct title: “Mandatory Status of Dependents.”

Correction
In FR Doc. 2017–01398, published on Monday, January 23, 2017 at 82FR13, make the following corrections. On pages 7917 and 7918, in the heading “Agency Information Collection Activity: Status of Dependents Questionnaire (VA Form 21-0538),” and also under “SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Title: Status of Dependents Questionnaire (VA Form 21-0538),” please correct and replace the titles with, “Agency Information Collection Activity: Mandatory Status of Dependents (VA Form 21-0538)” and under “SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Title: Mandatory Status of Dependents (VA Form 21-0538).”
