Motor carriers of passengers and property must maintain documentation that proves they have in effect the minimum levels of financial responsibility as set forth in the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSRs). The non-substantive change is on page 2 of the Financial Responsibility for Motor Carriers of Passengers and Motor Carriers of Property form, the MCS-90B form, where the text, "The schedule of limits shown on the reverse side does not provide coverage" was changed to “The schedule of limits shown below does not provide coverage” because the schedule of limits is actually on the same side of the page. The revised MCS 90B form showing the edit is attached as the modified MCS 90B form in the IC section.
