CoRECT is a controlled trial to evaluate an intervention to identify HIV-infected persons who are out of care and engage them in HIV care. The trial will demonstrate the feasibility of a joint health department - clinic intervention to improve engagement in HIV medical care to identify recently out of care individuals and the efficacy of an active health department intervention to re-engage these individuals in HIV medical care. Minor changes are proposed to two forms in use at the Philadelphia site to improve the surveys’ ease of use. The proposed changes will not result in any additional burden to the respondents or grantees in the CoRECT study.
