As stated in the final rule and the supporting statement, Forest Service is merging the burden from approved 0596-0233 into this collection.
This merge will add an IC for State, Local and Tribal Governments for 566 respondents, 2,123 responses and 241burden hours. Upon approval of this merge change requestc, Forest Service will submit a discontinuation notice for 0596-0233 to avoid any duplication.
