Under 21 U.S.C. 873, the Drug Enforcement Administration requests clandestine laboratory seizure information from State and local law enforcement agencies. Records in this system are used to provide clandestine laboratory seizure information to the El Paso Intelligence Center, Drug Enforcement Administration, and other Law enforcement agenices, in the discharge of their law enforcement duties and responsibilities.
