Please consider your overall experience at the FBI National Academy (FBINA). We appreciate you taking time to write comments since they provide us with extremely valuable date. The questionnaire is voluntary and all responses are anonymous and will be complied, analyzed, and reported as group data. Thank you for your participation.

The FBI is compliance with the federal government’s Paperwork Reduction Act, has received approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB Control Number: 1110-0050, Expiration Date: to conduct this questionnaire via the Intranet.
