DOJ's CJIS is requesting PRA approval
of a new collection that would request assessment comments from
local, state, tribal, and federal law enforcement agencies that
participate in the FBI UCR Program for the purpose of ensuring the
collection instrument can be provided in the desired format,
reporting burden is minimized, collection instruments are clearly
understood, and the impact of collection requirements on
respondents is properly assessed.
There will be an increase in
burden as the projected time for establishing the burden assessment
increased from five to fifteen minutes. This adjustment, from 1,800
hours to 1,200 hours is a decrease of 600 hours,

1320.8(b)(3).
