The FDIC, Fed and OCC (the agencies),
under the auspices of the Federal Financial Institutions
Examination Council (FFIEC), are implementing the Market Risk
Regulatory Report for Institutions Subject to the Market Risk
Capital Rule (FFIEC 102). The reporting requirements reflect the
revised regulatory capital rules adopted by the agencies in July
2013 (revised regulatory capital rules) and would collect key
information from respondents on how they measure and calculate
market risk under the agencies' revised regulatory capital rules.
The FFIEC and the agencies are proceeding with the implementation
of the FFIEC 102 reporting requirements substantially as proposed,
with certain clarifications pertaining to the comprehensive risk
capital requirement.
