The information collection in this
rule implements the qualified financial contract (“QFC”)
recordkeeping requirements of section 210(c)(8)(H) of the
Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act (the
“Dodd-Frank Act” or the “Act”). The final rules require
recordkeeping on the part of certain large corporate groups and
their affiliated financial companies, with respect to positions,
counterparties, legal documentation, and collateral.
