This is a request for a non-substantive change. There have been several non-substantive changes to the questionnaire; several sections of the questionnaire will be omitted in the next round of data collection and a couple of commodities have been expanded to add some additional break-out data. These changes are made at the request of the USDA Risk Management Agency (RMA) along with feedback provided by respondents and enumerators from the previous data collection.

The forms were shortened to remove questions that only need to be asked once every five years rather than annually. The questionnaire also had some minor changes due to the quality control testing NASS conducted following the previous data collection.
