The collected information is necessary
to evaluate an applicants request to purchase inventory property
and is used by the agency to determine an applicants eligibility
to lease or purchase inventory property and to ensure payment of
the lease or purchase amount.
The burden hours increased by
65 while the annual responses increased by 38. The increases are
primarily due to an overall increase in the inventory properties
and the numbers of borrower being serviced since the last OMB
approval. The largest increase is to the number of respondents who
will review FSA-2593 “Standard Sales Contract” as part of
anticipated sales of FSA inventory property.
