The change in burden is
attributable to a decrease in the number of credit unions engaging
in mergers, increase in the number of credit unions engaged in
share insurance conversions, correction to the number of hours
spent notifying members of proposed conversions, and corrections
made in reporting the number of responses. These adjustments
reflect an increase in the number of responses by 1,277 and a
reduction of 862 burden hours.
