PIN Letter
In a few days, you will receive a debit card as a token of our appreciation for
your participation in the Survey of Income and Program Participation (SIPP).
Please note: The PIN for the debit card is the last 4 digits of the 16-digit
card number.
The card will be active upon receipt. We recommend using the card at an ATM
within 30 days and withdrawing the entire amount in one transaction. If you do not
receive the debit card within 7 business days, please call 1–888–369–3608.
For security reasons, our field representatives do not carry incentive debit cards on
their person.

Participación en Programas de Asistencia Económica (SIPP).
Atención: EL PIN para la tarjeta de débito son las últimas 4 cifras del número
de 16 cifras de la tarjeta.
La tarjeta estará activada cuando la reciba. Le sugerimos que use la tarjeta en un
cajero automático no más de 30 días después de recibirla, y que retire todo el
dinero en una sola transacción. Si no recibe la tarjeta de débito dentro de los
próximos 7 diás laborables, llame al 1–888–369–3608. Por razones de
seguridad, nuestros representantes de campo no llevan consigo tarjetas de débito
de incentivo.
