The Maryland Department of Health invites you to participate in a voluntary 1030 minute survey about ticks and pet ownership.
If you are a resident of Howard, Harford, or Anne Arundel County, are over 18,
and own at least one cat or dog that spends time both inside and outside the
home, we want your input!
Participants will receive a $10 gift card.
