Introductory Postcard

The Maryland Department of Health invites you to participate in a voluntary
10-30 minute survey about ticks and pet ownership.
If you are a Maryland resident over 18 and own at least one cat or dog that
spends time both inside and outside the home, we want your input!
Participants will receive a $10 gift card.
