The Department is adjusting its
burden estimates to reflect increased wage rates and increased
postage rates for respondents due to inflation and a decrease in
the number of multiemployer plans. These changes produce a
reduction in the number of respondents, responses, and aggregate
hour burden, and a net increase in the aggregate cost burden.
