At present, the OMB control
number 1004-0201 authorizes 308 burden hours and no non-hour costs
for each plan of development (POD). The final rule revises 43 CFR
3931.11 in order to comply with an agreement in settlement of
litigation. This revision is a program change to the information
collection activity for PODs. The numbers of responses annually
will not change, but the approved number of burden hours for each
POD has increased from the approved number (i.e., 308) to the
requested number of 468 burden hours.
