DFARS 242.11 requires DoD contract
administration personnel to monitor contractor progress and
identify any factors to the contractor that may delay performance
and for which the contractor must provide a response. DFARS
252.242-7004 requires contractors to establish and maintain a
Material Management and Accounting System (MMAS), and disclose
audit results and any MMAS system changes.
The changes to the estimates
are primarily due to: (1) removing the burden for DFARS clause
252.247-7028 and the associated DD Form 1659; and (2) using current
data. The burden hours for DFARS clause 252.247-7028 have already
been transferred to OMB Control Number 0704-0245. For more
information please see Section 15 of the Supporting Statement Part
A.
