This study will examine of the
acceptability of CEP, the incentives and barriers to school
districts, and the implications of opting for this provision on
student attendance, program participation, and per meal revenue. It
will also examine the operational issues at State Agency level as
well as assessing the impact of the identified student percentage
(ISP) multiplier.
This submission is a new
information collection request as a result of program changes and
will add 1,621 burden hours and 5,869 responses to OMB’s
information collection inventory.
