School Lunch, School Breakfast, and Special Milk Programs)
This system is for States where the
FNS Regional Office administers the National School Lunch, School
Breakfast, and Special Milk Programs as a Regional Office
Administered Program (ROAP) for school food authorities (SFAs) or
local institutions that must submit the monthly claim for
reimbursement data to the Regional Office for processing to receive
reimbursement. The ROAP system is also used to submit the annual
applications for participation in the Programs.

This is a revision of the
currently approved collection which has 1,260 burden hours and
2,520 responses. As a result of adjustments due to fewer
respondents and a correction in the frequency of the responses, FNS
estimates that the burden for this collection will decrease by 930
hours and 1,860 responses. For this renewal, FNS estimates that
this collection will have 330 burden hours and 660 responses.
