Other changes** In order to serve its clients better, HUD has made the following non material change. The following has been changed: In section 2 Reinspection of Home, wording was changed to clarify to the inspector that only a brief description of the items that failed inspection need to be described. In Section 3 Inspector Verification, wording was changed to clarify that the inspector is performing a visual and not a physical inspection. The wording of 24 CFR § 3286.505 added to clarify to the inspector that only the elements in that section are required to verified. These are the same elements listed in Section 1 Initial Inspection, of the form which are the same elements in the installation standards. In addition the word certification was changed to verification.
