of the Information Resource Center. The Information Resource Center
provides technical assistance, primarily in the form of general
information, to provide access to resources of federal, public,
Indian and assisted housing programs of the Department of Housing
and Urban Development. This service is provided through a
multi-channel contact center with inquires received and responded
to via phone, email, mail and fax.
