The U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) is considering changes to Form EIA-861 and is looking to assess our respondents’ abilities to report information related to microgrids, battery storage systems, the power consumption from Electric Vehicles (EVs), and the pricing offered to customers with EVs. EIA is also interested in receiving feedback on the amount of time and effort it takes you to complete this survey.
We will be conducting in-person interviews with survey respondents between the dates of XXXX- XXXX and want to discuss with you the proposed changes to the survey form. The interview will take approximately 1 hour. Participation in this research is voluntary.
