Procedures to Access Funds From an ATM

THANK YOU

1 – Insert your debit card into any ATM displaying
the CHASE, CIRRUS, MAESTRO, PULSE, or
NYCE logo.

2 – The ATM will request your PIN (Personal
Identification Number). Enter the 4-digit PIN
when prompted.

If you have any questions or problems
about the card, call the National
Processing Center at 1–888–658–5579.

3 – When the ATM inquires which type of
transaction, choose "Withdrawal."

4 – The screen may display the following message:
"This terminal charges a fee in addition to any
fees your bank may charge. Do you wish to
continue?" Choose "Yes."
(This fee has been prepaid.)
5 – Then press "Checking" to access your cash
incentive. (Prompts may vary slightly on each
ATM.)
6 – When the ATM inquires on whether you want a
receipt or not, this is your option.
7 – Remove your card from the ATM.
