This value is the upper reference interval value of the 97.5th percentile of the distribution of the combined 2007-2008 and 2009-2010 cycles of the Centers for Diseases Control and Prevention (CDC) National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (CDC 2013- http://www.cdc.gov/mmwr/preview/mmwrhtml/mm6213a3.htm).
