The purpose of this emergency
submission is to allow us to gather the data from the institutions
documenting the oversight, evaluation and enforcement of efforts
that eliminates unfair, deceptive, and abusive marketing aimed at
Service members.
The Department of
Defense cannot reasonably comply with the normal clearance
procedures under title 5, CFR, Part 1320. Complying with the normal
clearance procedures is likely to delay or disrupt the collection
of information that would not allow us to respond to Congress on
time. The information collection is essential to the mission of the
Department. Given this, the Department is requesting emergency
approval by 01/22/2016.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
