implementation of the operator's SEMS program and align with the
principles of managing safety as in API RP 75 as well as other
specific standards.
(a) The current OMB inventory
for this collection includes 651,728 burden hours. In this
submission, we are requesting a total of 2,238,164 hours. This
represents an adjustment increase of 1,586,436 hours. This
adjustment increase is a result of industry, the respondents listed
in A.8, supplying us with more accurate information of how long it
takes to accomplish each regulatory requirement since they have
gone through an audit cycle. (b) The current OMB non-hour cost
burden inventory is $9,444,000. In this submission, we are
requesting a total of $5,220,000. This represents an adjustment
