Addendum to the Supporting Statement for The PROMISE Evaluation
OMB Control No. 0960-0799
OMB previously cleared data collection instruments for the PROMISE evaluation so the evaluator could collect PROMISE staff interview data and participant and parent focus group data to inform the process analysis and collect 18-month survey data to inform the impact and benefit-cost analyses. Since submitting the requests to collect PROMISE staff interview data; participant and parent focus group data; and 18-month survey data; SSA and the PROMISE evaluation have identified the need to collect information on staff’s time through staff activity logs to inform the benefit-cost analysis. Section A2 of the Supporting Statement Part A describes the purpose for the collection of data via the staff activity logs. Section B2 of the Supporting Statement Part B explains our method for collecting the data. In addition, Section A12 of the Supporting Statement Part A shows the public burden for this data collection.
We will begin collecting this data during the summer and fall 2016 site visits.
