POC information provided by
participating companies to include name, other names used, company
name and mailing addresses, work division/group, work email, and
work telephone number for Chief Executive Officer, Chief
Information Officer, Chief Information Security Officer, General
Counsel, and the Facility Security Officer, or equivalents, and for
personnel responsible for the implementation and execution of the
DIB CS/IA program within their company.
Cyber threats to
contractor unclassified information systems represent an
unacceptable risk of compromise of DoD information and pose an
imminent threat to U.S. national security and economic security
interests. This emergency request will allow the Government to
collect business points of contact (POC) information from all
Defense Industrial Base (DIB) Cybersecurity program participants on
a one-time basis, with updates as necessary, to facilitate
communications and the sharing of unclassified and classified cyber
threat information.
