The primary intent of the Annual
Certification and Data Collection Report Form is to ensure that
Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFI) continue to
meet the requirements to be certified CDFIs. It is also an annual
method to ensure that organizational information is up-to-date. The
financial and portfolio data will be used by the CDFI Fund to gain
insight on the CDFI industry. Information provided in these
sections will not impact a CDFI's certification status or
applications for CDFI Fund programs.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
